Pastoral Covenant Groups

The Pastoral Covenant Group ministry began in 2004 with 9 groups, now there are 14 groups across the state.  Eventually, the ministry will be expanded to include every pastor interested in participating.

Our goal is to cultivate pastoral excellence among participating Church of God pastors that will result in the following:

Enhance the quality of pastoral life
            Improve their ministry health
            Renew relationships among one another

Each group is led by a Facilitator who receives ongoing training from the Center for Pentecostal Leadership.  These groups of 8 to 12 pastors meet together every month with their Facilitator for prayer, fellowship and to work on their set goals.  Listed below are the current PCG Facilitators.  If you are interested in beginning a group, or joining an existing group, feel free to contact Jerry Jeter at the State Office.  For more contact information and a directory of the PCG Facilitators click here.
